The Pan Am Cross Country Cup is an Association of Pan-America Athletics championships held every second year. It attracts teams from North, South and Central America and the Caribbean and is a competition between national teams contested in men’s and women’s senior and junior races. The last Pan Am Cup was held in 2018 in El Salvador.
The 2020 event will be the first time that Canada has hosted these championships, and they will take place on the Jack Nicklaus-designed Bear Mountain Golf Course (Valley) in Langford, Greater Victoria.
The organizing committee is expanding the 2020 event, and in addition to the four Pan Am Cup races, we will host a North American Masters Cup, a Pacific Northwest Youth Cup (high school), a kids’ race, and an open mass participation recreation race.
